Wed. Laundry day. I use a dosage ball with my laundry. So it goes clunk clunk clunk and I can hear it even from upstairs. Tonight I made breaded fish fillets except that they were more like breaded fish chunks. I came in a frozen block with instructions to defrost quickly under cold water. So I did... but still, it remained a frozen block of fish fillets. So I hacked into it and breaded it and fried it. Afterall, it's going to taste the same regardless of how it looks, right? And we had boiled potatoes with a dill and lemon sauce. Yum! I really like it when I've been grocery shopping there's always a fridge full of possibilities. I was getting tired of eating sandwiches for a whole week anyway.
