I don't really do heat well. Scratch that - I really don't do heat in clothing that well. Unfortunately they don't really let you run around naked here, which in some cases is a good thing (and in others is definitely bad, in my opinion).
Thankfully we only get about three hot days a year, so it can't last. This is why Scotland doesn't have many buildings with A/C - we don't really need it for 98% of the year.
And to keep cool - well, Amaretto poured over vanilla ice cream is nice...
