i officially hate off the border
i ALWAYS get bad service there.
we had the waitress from hell.
we were left wondering where she was half the time.
she lied. "i'll be right back with your refill." (fifteen minutes goes by)
"Is there anything you need?"
Uhhh.. yes.. refills..
Anyway... she was the worst. my older sis ordered fajitas.. when food was brought out, she forgot the tortillas. after reminding her 2x, she brought out the tortillas 20 minutes later... after the food had cooled. "Oh... you didn't get your tortillas?"
No, you stupid bitch. You said you were going to bring them right out... ALONG WITH the cups of iced tea you promised two visits ago. Whore.
I think what pissed me off the most was that she pocketed my cash portion of the bill. I told my sister to not give her a tip because homegirl can't get a clue.
I had to actually get up from my seat, get up from my meal, get up from precious time that we were spending with my visiting parents to complain to the manager about her lack of "professionalism."
What should have been a 45-minute to an hour dinner turned into two agonizing hours.
The only thing the manager did to rememedy the waitress' lousy service was comp the fajita meal that got cold.
I've had bad service at other restaurants and they've bent over backwards. Not this place.
I will never go to that shitty restaurant ever again.... not that I really expected much from a crappy restaurant chain to begin with.
