Long But Very Productive Day!!!
This has been a very long but very productive day! I got up and cleaned up around the house all day. Then I went to Kristin's for a Wonderful Ham Dinner with her family! I was also on and off the computer all day trying to figure out LiveJournal and I think I have learned quite a bit for only signing up yesterday. This is just another thing for me to be addicted to. Between School, LiveJournal and MySpace I should be rather busy. LOL!!!
I am looking forward to tomorrow because I am cooking a Turkey Dinner for my family and Kristin. This is my first time cooking a turkey but I think I will be alright. Everyone that knows me knows that I am addicted to cooking and I own way too many cookbooks. LOL. Lately I have been trying all kinds of new recipes. I have made all kinds of cookies, taco chili, cornbread casserole, chicken corn chowder and many others. If you would like any recipes please just let me know.
Tomorrow I'm also taking Kristin shopping in order to get her Mom a Birthday Present. And shopping is always exciting because that is another one of my addictions. LOL. Although I need to stop shopping so much because I have been spending way too much money lately. I need to concentrate on my school work and start looking for a house. My goal is to move out this spring or summer. I can't stand living with my mom anymore because she is a slob and I'm a clean freak. And as we all know those two don't mix very well. I love her to death but I can't live like this anymore.
