ketchup v. 2008 includes pictures...gasp!
I have been super busy with school, work and just hanging out with friends. Just trying to keep busy so I don't have much time to think. Here is a little point form ketchup...
* Miss my dad more and more each day and now that the holiday season is upon us I am trying really hard to get into the spirit of things but I am finding it really hard.
* Last day of the semester is Friday! (one more essay to complete then I am done, well except for my two exams but seriously, I AM DONE!)
* Saturday (29th) is my birthday (my 29th). I am broke + really not into doing much, but I may try and gather my friends for a dinner out.
* I am enjoying starbucks red cups (oh and the fact that I just bought the New Kids On The Block Merry Merry Christmas album) -- pretty much as Christmas as I am going to get this year I think.
seriously that has been it!
oh wait...I did go on a road trip the other week!
Drove through 7 states total (Michigan x2, Ohio, Illinois x 2, Indiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa), in a span of 4 days. Drove through the night, in the pouring rain.
WHY?
Oh to see the New Kids On The Block in Kansas City, MO and Omaha Nebraska!

My friends wanted to go to Kansas City. I had nothing due for school that week and I was able to get my shifts covered at work. I also had extra money from selling my car. So we packed up on Monday Nov. 10th, and drove through the night to Kansas City (got in around 9 a.m. Tuesday). We got amazing seats (right in front of the b-stage) and had the best time. We also had t-shirts made, which they all saw and all enjoyed!
That night my friend mentioned Omaha, which was the next night. Sorta on the way home (it was North anyway). So we decided to go. Got there around 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Got amazing seats again! (6th row centre, but really was 5th row because the stage jutted out). They all saw our t-shirts for the 2nd time (Jordan even stopped singing at one point when he saw his, and there also was a lot of winking/pointing going on by different members of the band). Joey...oooo Joey! We made eye contact, we pointed at each other, I was dancing along with him...then he started laughing and smiling. SWOON!
So that was a pretty crazy trip, but it was much needed and I enjoyed myself.
