The heat wave that had rolled in recently was not going to make sparing very fun but Negi wasn't one to let something like that get him down. It had been quite awhile since he'd sparred and even longer since he'd seen Kotarou and both were something that needed to be reprimanded soon. While he waited for his friend he did some warmups and stretches, going through some of the movements Ku Fei had shown him during her training sessions. His mind wasn't on the excercise however...he was still worrying over the issue between Sara and Balthier. He really hated seeing them arguing like this and he wondered what was really going on since it seemed like the conversation he had over heard was just the tip of everything.
Negi did a series of punches and kicks and set his foot down, wiping the sweat from his brow. You would think adults would be less complicated but even they had their drama he supposed. The young boy sighed and reached for a battle of water as he waited for his friend to show up, sitting on the bench which was also holding his bag of supplies and supporting his broom.
