Well, that sure was an impolite way to greet her. With dingy, dirty buildings everywhere and a pile of rubble leading up to a second floor window... wait. Ty Lee smirked to herself before sprinting towards the rubble. After all, what better way to get familiar with a new place than to see everything you could?
As nimble as ever, Ty Lee scaled the pile effortlessly and grabbed the bars of the window it was leading to. She swung off that to a nearby scaffold that looked a lot sturdier than it was, which she realized too late. Though she was able to flip upside down and perch on a nearby window garden box safely, the steel ladder crashing to the ground couldn't have done much for her stealth. She winced. Maybe this wasn't the best idea. Not right now, at least.
She dug her hands into the soil, feeling around for the side of the box so she could have a handhold. Once her grip was sure, she let herself fall forward until she was hanging down from the box. Not sure if it could support her weight, she let go quickly and landed safely after a short drop. She then walked over to the ladder on the ground and, with her back to most of the city, started inspecting the scene.
