The shop had two big pots of ramen simmering that wouldn't run out for a while, and Diego to dish them out, while Flonne kept him and the customers company--now was probably her best chance to find Laharl alone in the apartment. She headed up the stairs and down to the apartment at the end of the hall, entering through the unlocked door--there was really no point to keeping doors bolted these days.
"Laharl?" Mia called out. "Are you home?"
