Neku hadn't seen Beat in forever, which seemed odd because they were best friends. And to be honest, he missed the big oaf. He'd been so busy the last couple of weeks, and he was still busy, but today he was going to take out some much needed time to hang out with the larger teen. And Neku had the perfect idea to distract Beat from recent events.
He stopped in front of the door, both hands behind his back, and used the toe of his shoe to knock against the door. "You'd better get up and let me in, Beat!" He challenged with a smirk. Neku waited until the door edged open. As soon as Beat was in perfect view, he quickly pulled his right arm around and pulled the trigger of a water gun.
A blast of chocolate milk sprayed into Beat's face. "YOU JUST GOT SHOT IN THE HEAD!" Neku called out in triumph and dropped a second water gun on the floor as bolted down the hall. He ran as if his life depended on it. Because... well, it did. It was on like Donkey Kong.
