Ice Cream Solves Everything [Active/Closed]

Content: Daniel's been working on perfecting his homemade ice-cream technique and decides a certain green elf kid needs some cheering up.

Daniel had set himself up in the kitchens of the Dan Apartments, two ice-cream makers going full blast. For the moment, it was just practice to make sure he could get it right and to stock the freezers; the lack of ice cream around here and the fact that he'd discovered two good old-fashioned 'makers made it seem like a good idea. But who knew when a few practical applications would come up?
Like now. Link should be here any minute. And if anyone needed something to help him relax a little, the short Hyrulean kid was definitely on Daniel's Top 10 list.
Leaving the whirring machines to their work, Daniel went to the freezers and pulled out a plastic tub that held a previous batch he had made. He'd gone ahead and poured all three flavors into one (making sure to let them set properly so they wouldn't all mesh together), so that would make it easier to pick without getting a bunch of extra stuff out. He grabbed an ice cream scooper and some bowls in his other hand and headed out to the rec room - ironically one of the more private public rooms in the building.
Now he'd just have to wait until Link got here. In the meantime, Daniel dipped a finger into the bucket and dragged up a fingerful of the chocolate. Mmm...not too bad for my first try...
