The day had been long for Aerith, but it had been productive. Not only had she prevented someone from staying injured or dealing with the crab bite longer than necessary, but she'd also discovered a new Healer. The more they had, the better, in her book and she knew Aeris would be more than capable of handling everything, no matter how difficult.
In her heart, she was happy. She hadn't thought to tell anyone that she was going anywhere - hadn't needed to before - so she wasn't certain what would be going on when she returned home, or even who would BE home. Things were quite different now, but it was still difficult for her to remember everything when someone was outside her walls needing her specialized help.
Things seemed fine when she walked into the complex and headed up to the room she shared with Cloud.
