Content: A discussion. Raiel wants some VoH spoilers and Lute wants to talk about Hamel and Flute.
Location: BPH lobby
Time of day: Wednesday afternoon, after this thread with Lute.

Raiel was sitting at the piano in the lobby, idly playing through his scales while he waited for Lute to appear. He was deep in thought, trying to figure out exactly what he should ask, how to phrase it, whether he really wanted to know the answers...
He'd brought his hat out with him, but it was sitting on top of the piano instead of his head. Did it really matter to him anymore, he wondered, staring at the silver plate with its embossed R. That life he'd left behind wasn't his anymore. His original was still there, taking care of all those problems that had nagged him since he'd woken up here. He couldn't go home, so their outcomes shouldn't have been all that important to him.
But they were his friends. People, a quest, a world he cared about, and even if he wasn't the one responsible for all that any more, he at least had to know how everything would turn out. It was like reading a book, something so immersive you just couldn't put it down, and then finding that the last five chapters had been torn out. He had to know the ending, and he knew that Lute was the closest he was going to be able to get to that.
So he waited, wondering, and hoping that Lute could tell him what he needed to know.
