The Time To Take Action Has Come At Last (Active / Open)
Characters: Aerith and anyone who wants to accompany her, particularly Healers, and anyone they will meet along the way.
Content: Aerith and a group of people walk around to introduce themselves to Manhattan as healers and discuss network security. If you have a crab bite, this would be a good time to get it taken care of, especially if your name is on Aerith's list.

Time: All Day (probably two days after the Healer meeting to give Aerith time to work out a few kinks)

The point of this log is for Aerith to introduce territories to the crab bite Healers and to get things a little organized. I think the best way to do this would be party style. For posting order, I think the most important would be Healer / crab bite victims, so for those probably work out either a posting order that can get done relatively quickly or just jump in when you can and skip anyone other than the Healer and the bite victim as necessary so things aren't held up forever and a day. Healers: i emailed you guys a copy of the map I made with the locations of the Healers I know of. If you aren't on the list and Aerith knows you, poke at me and let me know where you're staying. The 'territories' haven't really been marked out in red ink yet, but it's kind of easy to see where they'll all be anyway as the people are more spread out now.
If a Healer wants to go out alone or on a different path from Aerith, make a new thread with that area / path in the subject.
When responding here, make a new thread with the name of the area / home in the subject. Depending on where it is, the Healer in charge of that area will respond either in place of or alongside Aerith.
Also, she liked Garnet's suggestion of code names, thinking they could be used over the network. She's really gotten into the metaphorese lately >>a So she'll be referring to herself as "juniper berries' over the network, and Garnet will be dagger. If anyone has suggestions for what their character would like to be called, shout out to me somehow or else Aerith'll make up one >>a She's thinking of inanimate objects for this. They're easier to metaphor.

This had been a long time in coming; too long, as far as Aerith had been concerned, but she'd been content to heal as much as she could when she heard about the new bite victims. It had seemed to work out fine before and no one had been seriously injured beyond what she could handle, so she hadn't worried. Things had progressed, no one had really died that she'd been aware of...
Until she'd heard about the third monster. Then everything had been flipped upside down.
Taking charge, the former Restoration Committee member had fallen into the leadership role quite easily, mobilizing the Healers she knew of and getting word out to them that there was about to be a huge change. She'd talked with the ones she knew, had gotten them into a bit meeting, where things had been discussed, new locations and positions, areas to keep an eye on, and their own little sections of Manhattan to watch over. The idea was that the Healers would no longer rush out across the island when one heard of a bite, but instead would send out the closest Healer to that location, to avoid tiring out people too much.
So far the idea seemed to be working and she could only hope that it would continue to be useful.
