All in all, J had been pretty pleased with this past week. People being kidnapped had been an out-and-out disaster, sure, but he'd been impressed with the way everyone else had banded together to get them back. Amazing what large groups of strong-willed people could do together.
And of course, the party had been a success - but then again, J had put it together and it had been at a bar. If that wasn't a recipe for success, he didn't know what was.
But with that over and done with, it was time to get down to business...which was why J was standing outside Raiel's door with a CD. Nobody ever said business couldn't have music along with it.
He knocked. "Hey, Piano Man! You there?"
