Characters: Laharl and Etna
Content: The two demons decide to try getting across the bridge to their trapped friend.
Location: 59th St. Bridge
Time of day: Durrr... it's light out?
Warnings: None right now.
Anger was about all Laharl was feeling right now. He was angry those who'd taken her, this whole damn place and even himself. It was bad enough he'd not been able to keep his vassal safe from being kidnapped again, but he hadn't been even able to rescue her! They'd been unable to get to them, and now there they were, just like before, left in some random place.
And it was even worse this time. They were on one of the islands. Left out of everyone's grasp.
He'd decided as soon as he'd spoken to Mia, in fact, that he was going to get over there. He told her he was coming. Laharl was GOING to find a way over there to her. Even if he ended up stuck himself, he wasn't going to sit here while she was over there. And it seemed Etna felt the same way.
Figuring out how to get over, however, was another matter. With one of the monsters spotable in the water (how coincidental) between the island's, even boating looked out of the question. He was sure others were trying to figure out how to get over there, but dammit, he'd promised he was going to be there NOW.
Standing on the edge, he stared across to the broken parts of structure that had once been the 59th bridge that had stretched clear over the island. This seemed like the best possible route across. The question was, could he and Etna pull it off?
