Botan had been extremely happy ever since Yuusuke arrived. It was great to have another one of her friends here.
Well, not exactly great, because she wouldn't wish this on anyone, but the point was still valid. She sat in a chair in the common room, legs crossed and in thought.
Yuusuke and her hadn't spoken thoroughly yet; there was a chance that he, like Kuwabara, was from a different time than she was. All that was much too confusing to ponder over. Botan sighed. Perhaps she should be getting to sleep.
Right as she stood up, the lights flickered and died, and the sound of a building powering down. After that, the distinctive roar of Big Momma. The deity paled.
