Content: She doesn't know the power is down but she can hear the roaring quite clearly

Time of day: After the light goes out and Clover starts roaring

Toph had been relaxing on the couch, listening to her cd player, when the loud roar pierced through the loud music. Toph jolted up, taking her headphones off and listening. The roar sounded out again and it sent a chill through Toph's spine. She got up from the couch, walking over to the door and stepping outside to listen better, "What's going on out there."
