Content: Hayner has arrived in Manhattan and Pence needs to fill him in. Appearance by Roxas later.
Location: Bryant Park Hotel
Time of Day: After this thread, sometime in the afternoon.
Warnings: None so far.
Since he'd been involved in the attack a few days ago, Pence had been reluctant to go outside. Not that he was scared or anything, just... This whole thing had gotten more real for him since he and Roxas got hurt. He wasn't playing a video game or watching a monster movie. This was real, and this was really happening to him. He'd get over it sooner or later - he had to find another camera and PDA since both were broken in the attack - but he certainly didn't want to repeat that experience. Not right now at least.
And now that Hayner was here, he felt that things might start looking up. He wouldn't wish this world on anyone, but he had been feeling somewhat lonely. Sora and Kairi all had their own friends and though he'd spent some time with them, it really wasn't the same as having Hayner or Olette around. And Roxas wasn't exactly his friend - even though Pence wanted him to be. God.. he could just hear Olette scolding him for the whole camera thing now. He was somewhat glad it was Hayner rather than Olette (even though he'd been missing her the most).
So it was here that Pence found himself waiting in the lobby of the Bryant Park Hotel for Hayner to show up. He felt somewhat guilty for not going looking for him, but Hayner seemed to know where he was going. Pence was still pretty injured too - even though Sora's spell had healed his wrist, he still was covered in bruises and cuts and looked like he'd been in some sort of fight and come off as the loser.
Gazing out of the windows, Pence gave a short sigh and went over to some of the lobby chairs and sunk into them, still looking for any signs of Hayner. If he didn't show up soon, Pence would go looking for him.
