Tea for Two [Active/very open]

Content: Flandre wants to show Sephiroth the joys of tea... this may lead to a looot of property damage.

It was something to do, anyway.
He hadn't originally intended to leave the coffee shop so soon that day, as he'd just been settling in, but the promise of aquiring tea from someone who enjoyed it with blood proved to be too interesting and piqued his curiousity. If she did prove to be a threat like the last partner he had, he would make no mistakes this time around.
35th, yes? He hadn't yet taken the time to study and memorize the city layout as of yet, so navigating would be a bit difficult. Still, he'd managed to find it before long, but not yet saw the little vampire girl. Huh.
Had she ditched him, or did he simply remember wrong...?
