Despite his unusual upbringing, high level of intelligence, and current unfortunate situation, Fletcher was still, first and foremost, a ten-year-old. Like most ten-year-olds, he enjoyed a good round on a swing set; that's why he was currently sitting on a swing in the section of Washington Square Park that was set aside for parents to let their children play. After a few minutes of swinging there by himself he'd stopped and wound up just sitting there.
He'd never been the most social of children, but it still was rather strange to be at a playground by himself. He contemplated heading back to the university.
