Vampires never changed. No matter where she was or what she was doing, Riza always ran into those bloodsuckers who thought they owned the night and were better than everyone else. It was good to know that Manhattan wasn't any different. Made the place feel a little more like home.
And if it weren't for the moon being against her, the werewolf would have taken out any and all vampires she could find. Maybe she had a bit of an ulterior motive in offering Tatsuki a safe place to stay. But damn it, the pack stayed together, even when others were trying to tear it apart. So Riza waited in the lobby, making sure her figure could be seen through the doors without giving too much away. Just in case Tatsuki wasn't clear on where to go.
