Arriving back at the hotel with the boxes containing their food kits for the week in his arms (and very much hoping they didn't include any kind of poultry), Fakir hesitated as he saw Giselle rolling up the rugs. He wasn't sure what she was doing (cleaning, maybe?, but it wouldn't be polite to not at least offer assistance.
He put the food kits down a nearby table, and silently came to help her roll up one of the larger ones.

The rug was quickly moved out of the way, "Would you like helping me with some of the furniture? I think the couch will be the hardest part to move but I just know no one has cleaned under there since we got here." Despite being neighbors with the boy Giselle hadn't been able to speak with him much, perhaps she'd get to be friends with him while they cleaned.

Well of course, that was obvious. Wolf never was much one for cleaning. He kept himself clean fine (because a good appearance was always a must) but extending that to his living space was generally more work than he wanted to expend. Of course, since being married to Giselle he'd started doing it more often, just because Giselle always liked things clean and the self-help books had said that one of the best ways to keep a successful marriage was to express interest in your spouse's interests.
And then he spotted Fakir, the little duckling's friend. He still wasn't quite sure what terms he was on with Fakir, all things considered, and offered him a small wave. "Rrrr, hell ( ... )

He glanced up at the sound of Wolf's voice--ah, him--and nodded a hello in return, going back to inching one of the couches off to the side.
