Sure, suddenly finding himself in a wrecked city with no idea how he'd gotten there was strange and unsettling, but at least somebody he knew was here also. America didn't spend much time actually interacting with his citizens, so in a strange way, he knew a foreign country better than an average American.
Shortly after conversing over the journal network with who he believed to be Spain, he headed over to Madison Square Garden, which was indeed very square. He looked around once he arrived, but it was strange -- Spain was nowhere to be seen.
Very strange indeed.
