Content: Sora and Kairi attempt their first date...because there's never going to be a truly free moment in Manhattan
Location: Bryant Park Hotel, in one of the lounges in the basement
Time of day: Evening, a couple of days after Clover's appearance
Warnings: More cavity-inducing cuteness?!
Sora dumped the armful of DVDs onto the large coffee table to sort through them. There were all kinds of movies to see on this world, but of course he'd picked out ones that were about places they'd been to...the one about Beast's castle, or the Land of Dragons, and Halloween Town, just for starters. There were a couple of others if they got around to it. Sora had also managed to procure a few bags of that microwaveable popcorn and some sodas, as those weren't included in the rations. That was everything, right?
He was nervous...excited, yes, but nervous. He'd never been on a so-called "date" before, if that's truly what this was (and it seemed they'd both decided that it was) and no clue on where it was supposed to go or anything. He felt the same kind of nervous anticipation as when he'd gone out to help after the monster's latest appearance, or when he'd gone to explore the Intrepid. He supposed it wasn't all that different from the usual adventures...minus the life-threatening aspect, of course.
But then again...
Relax! It's just some popcorn and movies!
Now all that was missing here was Kairi.
