Content: Fran's scoping out possible locations for the Meeting of the Minds and may run afoul of some of her Halloween experiments on the way. Or maybe she'll find people who don't want to hurt her! Who knows?
Location: Various parks, large buildings, and open areas around the city

Fran had procrastinated long enough. It had been weeks since she first put forth the call for a meeting of the greatest scientific minds this city had to offer, and it was clear now that intelligence and education were vital to discovering some way out. If only her more technologically-minded colleague were still around... Sylia would have been a great asset in discovering the meaning behind that message!
But no point dwelling in the past. The good doctor had resolved to spend today searching through several potential parks in the city for a suitable location for the greatest mental gathering this city had seen. She would not rest, would not stop looking for an instant until she had a location. Science could wait no longer!
