The moment Suki had seen Aang's post about the whale, she'd known he was taking it hard. She'd tried to reassure him about it, but she knew that would only go so far. She hadn't been able to take him on that walk she'd promised earlier for multiple reasons, namely everyone going nuts over said whale, but as soon as she could, she,made the offer again, glad when he seemed to take her up on it. So she'd asked him to meet her that morning outside their complex.
The warrior hoped he still wasn't taking things badly. She knew how difficult it was for Aang to deal with these things and she couldn't really blame him. She just had learned to accept that it was a part of life long ago and so it didn't have as great an effect on her. All the same, she waited for her friend to come out and hoped she could reassure him that everything would be okay, even for the whale.
