Dahlia wasn't quite sure how long she'd been there... Her captor had visited her 10 times now, each time with a new ration. She supposed that was how long she'd been gone. The days and nights melted into one, without a clock or window, she was clueless about what time of day it really was. Her sleep patterns had become irregular. But really? How much longer was she to stay there?
Most of all, she didn't appreciate being in the same clothes for ten days. Surely her absence was noticed by now... Surely someone would be out looking for her. But who? She'd made enemies with most of Manhattan just before she was abducted. She'd be surprised if anyone would come for her.
