Luke didn't waste any time heading towards the building he'd described to Asch. He wasn't sure what his original wanted to talk to him about, but this was Asch, whatever it was it must be important.
He was still feeling rather uncomfortable by the lack of sword on his back, not that he was itching to fight, he never was, it's just he'd practically always had it there, and if he needed to defend himself he wasn't sure exactly what he'd do. Heading off down the street, he sincerely hoped he wouldn't bump into any of those monsters people were talking about. He'd been lucky so far, but he knew it was only a matter of time before it ran out. He really needed to find a sword before it did.
The walk however gave Luke some time to think. Mostly what came to mind was his name. Or rather, the fact Asch was calling him by it. After being called Dreck and Replica all the time, hearing Asch say Luke was strange, to say the least. Was it a sign of acceptance? Well, maybe to a point. Respect? ...Could it? Well, whatever the reason, Luke certainly did appreciate the gesture, especially coming from Asch. He definitely wasn't ready to ask Asch about it, either way.
There was something, however, Luke had itching on his mind. Asch was alive. How? Luke had no doubt Asch had died, yet... he was alive. Not that Luke was complaining in the slightest, it just was... confusing. He wasn't yet sure how to broach the subject, but he was certainly curious.
Arriving at the meeting place, Luke picked a spot that he'd hopefully be easily spot-able, and like-wise could keep an eye out for Asch from.
