So this was the place. Loz grinned. She'd posted to the journals and said where she was for all the world to see, himself included; she must be ready.

Without hesitation, he pushed the door open - good thing it was unlocked - and stepped into the dim interior.

Tifa glanced up at the sound of the door opening. "Welcome! You're a few hours..." Early is what she'd meant to say, but the words died on her lips when she saw who it was, swaggering in just like he'd swaggered into Aerith's church.

Oh, hell no.

Stupid, she thought at herself, realizing her mistake immediately. In advertising her bar and her location to rest of the city, she'd advertised it to him as well. Should've let Billy make that post. And left my name out of it.

She straightened slowly, eyes narrowing, remaining behind the bar. Maybe he was here for a drink. And maybe chocobos could learn to read. It was worth a try, anyway. "I'm not serving you," she told him firmly. "Just turn around and walk right back out."

Loz was suddenly caught not quite knowing what his next move should be. Social interaction wasn't exactly what he was good at. "Didn't really want a drink," he admitted, a little nonplussed. "Did that with Vincent. Play's better without the drink." He smiled again, in what he imagined was a friendly manner, and stopped near the center of the room. He'd glanced about the room, but they seemed to be alone, and his gaze returned to her and did not waver again.

In motions that felt familiar, his arms wide and open and inviting, he spoke with barely contained excitement. "Play with me?"

The only difference was that this time, somehow, the command came out as a question.

Damn it, he wasn't going to give her much of a choice if he didn't leave without her forcibly removing him. She knew first-hand how dangerous he was. She didn't want him here when Billy returned, or anyone else came.

"You know, when I said that about playing, that was a threat, not an invitation," she said with exaggerated patience.
