Spin was still trying to get his bearings in the city; the times he had been in Manhattan were brief, and he was hardly familiar with it in one piece, let alone like this. And the headache he'd woken up with upon arriving had done nothing but get worse over time; everything sounded harsher without The Rhythm in the background.

The Agent was well aware that if he was going to keep his spirits from a crash landing, he'd need to meet people. And to meet people, he had to wander a bit. So this was what he was doing, long and short of it, humming a tune to himself a bit louder than some may have deemed necessary.

Giselle was taking a short rest from running around when the sound of music caught her ear and she looked up. It was a rather upbeat tune and she picked it up easily, humming it a bit to herself before looking around for its source. Oh if someone was humming like that then they had to like music and that meant she just HAD to find them and make friends with them.

When she saw the man nearby she rose from her seat and walked over to him, the bounce in her step picking up, "Hello," she called, waving happily.

When a voice called out to him, Spin practically staggered at the noise. There was music in it, clean and beautiful music, the sort he hadn't heard in days. He turned to stare at the woman who was skipping over to him, and could have started crying if he had an ounce less of control. Oh man. She just radiated song. It was fantastic.

He picked up his jaw as she neared, and gave a shaky smile. "H'lo there, Miss, is somethin' amiss?" He was trying to keep his voice from wavering. "If so, I'm sure I'd be remiss if I didn't help you out with this." Was he saying words? He could tell over the roaring sound of relief.

Giselle was surprised by the look on the man's face, 'Oh my he looks like he hasn't seen a friendly face in ages' she thought in concern. Giselle would fix that right away! "Oh no, there's nothing wrong, everything is fine right now," she replied, shaking her head then paused...the man had said that in rhyme.

She titled her head curiously, "You wouldn't happen to be Spin would you?"

She new his name! "Spin, yes'm, that's me, and that means you must be--" A brief recall of who he'd given his name to thus far narrowed down the potential identities of this woman to one. "Ahh, I see, you're Giselle, insofar as I can tell. It's good to hear you're doin' well. And might I say, it's quite a treat that you and I can fin'ly meet. I'd been hopin' I could greet the young lady who seemed so sweet."

He was making himself sound like a weirdo, he was starting to dimly realize. The fact that his brain had gone entirely numb while he was speaking was a guarantee of it. "Uh," he managed, suddenly acutely aware of his rhyming. "What... what can I do ya for?"

Giselle brightened up now that she knew who she was talking to, "Oh it's lovely to meet you too, I've been looking forward to it ever since you told me you also enjoy singing." Out of all her past times singing was probably one of her favorites because she could usually do it while doing things like cleaning or sewing (her other favorite things to do) and so meeting someone who also enjoyed singing was a very wonderful thing for her.

"And you can do me a wonderful favor by taking this," she said after his question, pulling a lime green scarf out of her bag and offering it to him, the color he had told her to use even if he hadn't known what she was making.

He rubbed the back of his neck as he grinned. "Enjoyin' singin' is the understatement, Miss." Possibly the biggest one ever.

He stared at the scarf she pulled out. Lime green. No way. Seriously? It took him a moment to reach out and take it. "You... did you make...?" He burst into a smile. "Miss Giselle, you really are somethin'." Making scarves for people she'd never met, just to cheer 'em up... it was entirely... Agent-worthy.

He tried to imagine her in the Diva uniform. It didn't work.

"I just wanna tell you," he began, unconsciously drifting into song, "How thankful I am to you~!" He draped the scarf around his shoulders, still grinning. "I appreciate all the hard work, and kindness you put into~!"
