Kida felt downright strange. She was exhausted on one level, and not on another.

One thing she knew, using her crystal had never made her so tired. It felt almost as if it was drawing energy from her own body. Before it had required only skill and concentration, but now so much more.

She could fight, and Kida did not fear parasites at this time of day. At the suggestion of others at Madison Square Gardens, she took a break and began to wander the streets. She knew she'd be of little use to anyone if she ended up like poor Sora.

A little further off, she spotted a white-haired boy. Though she felt her hopes swell inside her, she had to remind herself that many surface people here, for some strange reason, had white hair at a young age. Either way, she would be happy to meet a new face, and she approached.

She turned her head at another young man. Clearly from his question he wasn't new to the area. She turned back to the white-haired youth.

"Greetings!" the queen waved. But as she approached, she cocked her head not only out of her typical curiousity, but something else. He seemed very familiar.

At the sound of a voice Repliku turned sharply to face whoever it was. His gaze landing on some blond-haired guy he'd never seen before. The replica was on his guard but the question seemed innocent enough. "Not really," he shrugged. After being in Castle Oblivion for a while with only the same people it felt weird meeting strangers. This world was full of them, he realized. Most coming from different worlds themselves. That probably made for an interesting cast.

Speaking of interesting, it seemed someone else was approaching. He'd leave the two together and wander off but it seemed the rather odd woman was talking to him. "Hi," he replied warily.

Edward glanced over at the woman who had appeared. With their similarly colored hair the two strangers could have been related, if not for their different skin tones. Limping slowly and noticably, he carefully drew a little closer to the two, wanting to know what their business here was. It was unnerving being both unable to use alchemy and barely able to walk, and with his younger brother somewhere nearby.

Judging from the young man's question to the white-haired boy, he'd been there a while. She thus turned her attention to the boy who might be of Atlantean decent. "Are you a newcomer?" she asked. "My name is Kidagakash. Most call me 'Kida.'"

Kida looked over to the blonde-haired boy, and her expression became one of concern as she noticed his limp. "Are you all right?"

"I am." He replied, simply nodding to her introduction as he had no name of his own to give. Even if he had, it still would've been a questionable matter whether he'd say it or not. He followed Kida's line of sight when he noticed her change of expression. Apparently someone had gotten hurt.

"Looks like you're the one who needs help." Repliku raised an eyebrow, almost looking amused but as he kept the rest of his face a careful blank it was hard to tell.

Apparently someone didn't have a name. Edward scowled at the silver-haired boy, wondering if that was a glint of amusement he saw in his eyes or just his imagination. "It's not something anyone can help with," he answered to both of them shortly. "Not here, at least.

"If you need help there's a shelter kind of thing about ten blocks south and four blocks east of here," he told the boy without a name, looking him in the eye.

Kida looked back and forth between the two young men, absolutely baffled at their animosity. Had the queen not seen evidence to proove otherwise, she would have thought they knew each other. She crossed her arms and cocked her hip a moment, giving them a look before returning to a more neutral expression.

"...It is nice to meet you both. May I have your names?" Kida was annoyed at the fact that the one boy had not given his name, and chalked it up to rudeness rather than not having a name at all. She did hope to learn the name of the other though.

"And do not jest," Kida said to the blonde boy. Her words were slightly hesitant. "I can heal even a broken leg if you give me a chance." Naturally, she had no clue that healing wouldn't fix his problem.

Repliku raised an eyebrow questioningly but said nothing. What was wrong with the guy was none of his business and frankly, he didn't care either. Hadn't Repliku said he didn't need help? The replica tilted his head with a smirk and met the other's gaze nonetheless. "Thanks." Though his expression didn't make his words seem all that sincere.

The cocky look was dropped quickly though, at the insisting of his name. This was so damn annoying. He looked away and instead glared at a patch of grass as if it had wronged him.

"I don't have one."
