Welcome to another week in beautiful Manhattan. This is the first week of September, 2008.
During Week 10...
The crabs are out in droves after Big Mommy's appearance late last week. Many groups of them have been spotted hunting in the streets, especially prevalent in what remains of the subway stations nearby the villages. The supply centers would like to caution all residents to travel in numbers and never to go outside without a weapon, especially with our ferocious little friends in such great numbers. Even with all precautions, though, sometimes the creatures simply move too fast: Rukia, Satoshi and Freudia are bitten this week. As always, remember to reread the monster FAQ and ask the mods if you have any questions about getting nibbled.
Big Mommy is seen heading towards Central Park early in the week. She makes herself scarce after that, probably returning back to her tunnels underground.
The weather this week has taken a turn for the mild. After a rainstorm on Monday, the sun comes out but the temperature sinks to a little on the cool side for the rest of the week.
