.weekend of fun.
I had the worst allergy attack today. After riding Dan's bike back to my place earlier this afternoon, I proceeded to sneeze about 18 times in a row. My eyes were all wattery and my throat was itching like crazy. I have decided that riding a bike with the air hitting my face and who knows what kind of allergens getting in my eyes is not the best thing to do at this time of year, not for me anyway. I was taking Claritin for a couple weeks, every night, and it was helping immensely. I ran out a few days ago though, and finally got another one yesterday, but it hasn't really kicked in yet I guess. I am debating whether or not to get a real prescription from the doctor. Likely I'll just procrastinate until allergy season is over...
Last night I went to Danny and Jenn's party. Not too many people there, which was nice. I enjoy hanging out at their place, even if it's just a few of us playing Tabboo or something. Was fun chatting with Wyatt and his 2 friends, Dave and Mike. Wow can't believe I remember their names. Was also good to talk to John briefly, and of course everyone else who was there. Glad I didn't run into that awful Addam with two d's, who was at their last party. I think I would have kicked him in the nuts if I'd seen him. Well I would have at least tried my hardest to point out his ultimate sleeziness factor anyway. Oh and Osiris and Nova were being adorable as always. I think I probably spent more time talking to those kitties than many of the people that were there. Such is the way of a dorky cat lover I guess...Thank you Gonzalo for giving us a ride home. Chatted it up with Dan and Mikey when we got home. We talked about sex a lot. I was somewhat drunk, I think, and it was fun. Woke up this morning completely hangover free though, and that was without drinking water at all. I guess I wasn't all that drunk to begin with. So that's cool. However, the terrible allergies today more than made up for the lack of a hangover. I'm not exactly sure which is worse.
I can't even remember what I did Friday night. Oh wait! Man I was totally going to finish this entry, but I just remembered. Yeah, I went dancing at Spotlight on Friday. Thank you Wyatt for the ride. I danced with a lot of new people and it was fun teaching them how to do basic steps and stuff. I tried to salsa and I suck. I enjoyed dancing with this kid named Allen from my class. He's at a similar level as me, is really good, and makes me feel like I actually know what I'm doing, which is nice. My right arch of my foot was hurting really bad. What's up with that? The next day my legs did not want to move, walking up the stairs at MT house was hard. Oh yeah, stayed up really late watching some documentary on Oak Island. So interesting!
I just realized it's 4pm and I will probably be taking off pretty soon. I played cs today on red with some old homies. That was cool. I actually got some of my papers written as well, so tomorrow will be fairly easy finishing them up. I must go say hi to the ratties right now, while I still have time.
