I've kind of adored the last two episodes of Grey's. I love this thing they're doing where it's a big case with bits of personal drama around it. I like that a lot. I also like that the personal drama isn't epically ridiculous personal drama. I like how they've written in Ellen Pompeo's pregnancy, and I love the lack of Izzie. To be honest, I still wish she had died instead of George.
Also, I <3 Christina so much it actually hurts.
The downside is that The Chief is now bumbling, incompetent, and needlessly cruel. I get that sometimes he has to be the bad guy, but does he have to be a cartoon villain. Seriously, I keep waiting for a moustache twirl.
Mostly this season is kind of awesome. Everyone is less annoying, and I mostly like new guys. This may be at least partially because I have a slight crush on Nora Zehetner.
Private Practice, well, is less awesome. I'm still enjoying it though. I loved the crossover, but that might just be because my television needs more Bailey on it always.
