Summer is here!
Winter is easily my favourite season in Australia, but summer has a lot of charm as well. I love all the little rituals I've come to associate with summer. Today I did one of my favourites, had a long swim with my sister and a couple of friends then sat around in the sun eating lemon Calippos. Lemon Calippos are our summer ice block. If we can't get those, then we go to lemonade icy poles.

In slightly scarier news, I have been recruited to help teach a learner burner friend of our how to drive. Given my hatred of driving and inability to reverse parallel park, this could be tricky. Actually, I can reverse parallel park, but I really don't like doing it.
