calling all typesetters!
Hello, my lovelies. nice_pitching, the Oofuri manga scanlation group, is currently looking for one (or maybe two) new typesetters at this time.
I'd prefer people with a little experience in scanlating or image rendering, but I'm willing to train up newbies if they're fully willing to commit for the long haul. Experienced typesetters who just want to work on one or two chapters while they have time are also a possibility.
In nice_pitching, the chapters are split amoung typesetters, assigning around 10-15 pages per person and given a deadline 1-2 weeks (respectively). The typesetters are responsible for editing out most of the sound effects and putting in the dialog and English sound effect.
