Anyone heard of these new laws for provisional drivers coming in on monday? What a load of bollox!!! Although I can understand the reasoning behind it, it's going to cause chaos! The number of applications for the driving test has TRIPLED per day since it was announced. Which means there iwll be even MORE of a backlog that previously! Police are going to be looking out for L plate drivers, instead of off catching murderers and rapists. All people are going to do is take down their L plates, which is going to be even more dangerous. Noel Dempsey I'd love to kick your arse!!! Whats more, there isn't even a list of these new rules anywhere that I can find. How the fuck am I meant to obey the rules if I don't know what they are???
