Just a little update.
Everything's still fucked. I left New York, which seemed like a good idea at first but may end up being awful. I'll be back by January if I manage not to ruin everything. I have tickets to go to London in a few weeks but I have no idea whether I'll actually end up going. It's obviously a terrible idea, but it's not like that's ever stopped me before.
Hm, hadn't realized just how bleak things were until just this second. There is really not much going on in my life other than self-pity and excessive drinking and a general failure to do anything useful.
