Uggh so this weekend J and I went to Ptown to do wedding planning stuff-fun fun fun. We had to meet with like 10000 people, which was kind of a drag. Dumbass me managed to burn 80% of her cornea off, so that got all screwed up. We met with maybe 1/3 of the people we had planned on seeing, and I am now stuck wearing my glasses and sleeping with a patch on my eye. And yes, it hurt like HELLLLL.
Classes started up again. This semester's excitement includes Research Methods, Dissertation Seminar, Techniques of Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Interventions with Children and Adolescents, and my testing consultation group. I have sooo much writing to do, and am expected to get through with my lit review section of my dissertation (which is the longest part). Uggghh.
I'm loving the wedding planning-so far we have the ceremony and reception site (pointe south mountain resort in phx--look it up!), food and booze, baker, florist, dj, harpist, officiant, videographer, and a possible photographer. I'm way ahead of my timeline. I think we're doing pink, sage and white as our colors, and I shoooould be getting my dress in early October!!!
Any thoughts on good 1st dance songs? I want something unique!
