woke up mid-morning
ate the last of Becky's oatmeal-chocolate-chip cookies
ran/walked/did crunches and stretches for an hour
ate Gardein curry and cabbage-sesame salad
frolicked in the pool with Susie
read a Kevin Brockmeier novel in the hot tub
took a long nap
went to see Blades of Glory and had movie-theater food for dinner
drank some beer in the hot tub while reading Heavy Metal and You
I can't remember a better day off.
(In my defense, I didn't learn about the tragedy until this evening.)
