It's Mimi's birthday!
It's my cat, Mimi's 7th birthday. She and her sisters were orphaned at birth and the vet gave them less than a 50% chance of surviving. I got very little sleep for the next month but they all made it through.
She was the cutest kitten.
She named herself by objecting stridantly - Mee! Mee! - whenever I had to clean her up.
She's grown up to be one of the prettiest cats I've ever had.
