My eyes are stinging from the lack of...
sensations, and I almost lost a couple of things on the way back home. It would be nice if I could just Alt+F4 the present, and start my own Year 0. From scratch. I am very fascinated with Sacher-Masoch, I almost skipped my lecture just to finish reading it (with the exception of breakfast) and it kept me awake during the entire train ride to Doom's Hill in the morning. It is not so much corruptible as it is intensely passionate, there is no such thing as a moral or immoral book anyway (Said Wilde). But I went for lecture anyway. And Flamboyant's lecture too, he made a lot of sense today. What I fear is that those who previously did not know Foucault, will now completely (and most certainly) desecrate his glorious name, like what they (the infidels) did to Nietzsche. Please do not quote blindly. Nietzsche was not an Anti-Christ. And this is also why Rousseau specified a selected few to be exposed, and not the entire mass to be acquainted, "those compilers who have indiscreetly broken open the door to the sciences (and the arts) and introduced into their sanctuary a populace unworthy to approach it." I'm not exaggerating, it's true, I saw it happen in college. Nietzsche reduced to just three words. Three pathetic, hollow, inert words that could not possibly have done any justice to his life's anthology of essays.
This is the twenty-third time I'm playing the song today ♥
