I think that you've touched on a big reason I don't get all ejaculatory about a lot of ceremonial magick; I've been a step-skipper forever, and don't feel any particular need to change that. The instinctual magicks have worked just as well (or better, usually) even in regards to the typically super-structured systems like goetia. Yes, I have the implements necessary to pull off the whole Solomonic approach, but... why? Why, when taking a Streghoneria approach works just as well, and makes more sense to me coming from the foundation that I do?
