"This is my favorite video that Mark and I have done together yet. We shot it here in Jacksonville, in a spot called Hanna Park. We had our usual budget of about $150. All the kids in the video are relatives of mine (nieces and nephews), and my mom and my sister helped gather all the supply and make all their clothes. This was one of those ideas that, when I wrote it out, seemed simple. I figured it'd take 3 or 4 days to put it all together. It took three weeks. And on top of that, when we were shooting, it was the middle of Summer. Two of the kids got heat exhaustion and vomited. Which I still feel shitty about. I made a five year old girl puke. Some uncle, huh? But they're tough. Really awesome kids. They were out there for hours without complaining. They did really great. Plus they work for pizza. Hahaha."
