Summary: STOP! STOP! An anguished cry echoes through the room.
Teyla didn’t know why, but for the past weeks ever since she spent the night with Ronon, all she wanted this fruit they harvested on earth called apples. Yes she did enjoy the taste when she first took a bite a few years ago, but it was never an obsession. Now at random points of the day she could taste the sweet juices on her tongue.
Sometimes the craving was so intense that she would find herself sneaking into the mess hall in the middle of the night. But it seemed not to be a big deal, but then one morning as she sat at breakfast with the three men she spent her time with on this expedition Rodney gave insight into why this had been occurring.
“I noticed you’ve been eating a lot of apples lately,” Rodney said, “did you know when Anne Boleyn was pregnant with Elizabeth I she was craving apples as well?”
And as she slowly put the apple down in shock, at the corner of her eye she saw Ronon spitting out his water.
