I finished my final project for Applied Color & Design Theory. Well, i still have to write my design concept. then...done.
The Task: Design a hotel lobby for a gentleman who has a great art collection. He wants to incorporate his art into the hotel theme.
The Concept: We've designed a hotel that resembles the grandeur of Hearst Caslte in the 1930-1940's.
The Name & Slogan: San Simeon Castle & Garden 'Come & relive the days and nights of Hearst Castle.'

This is the over view. IT's my first renedering in marker.

This is the first material board. It encompasses the consierque desk and a small media center.
This is the Main Lobby material board. It has the sofa with sample fabric, slate flooring and balloon drapes in a gold and blue ticking stripe.
