In 6 easy steps :) Made in PSP 8, high percentage it works with other versions. Difficulty: Easy.

Step 1: The usual. Start off with 100 x 100 base. Crop, resize, etc. Optional: Duplicate Background, Set it to Screen. Mess around with that. Wouldn’t set it too high, or else you won’t see the colors very well.

Step 2: Duplicate Background. Sharpen it. Set to 52% Opacity. Adjust to desire if needed.

Step 3: Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Levels. Output will NOT be changed.  Set it to these options:

RBG:

Input: 15, 1.18, 255

RED:

Input: 52, 1.35, 255

Green:

Input: 19, 1.06, 255

Blue:

27, 0.92, 255

Step 4: From this point on, it’ll all be adjustment layers :) Make a New Color Balance Layer.

Color Levels:

Midetones: +18, +25, +11

Shadows: +25, -15, +24

Highlights: -14, -6, -20

Preserve Luminance is CHECKED.

Step 5: New Channel Mixer Layer. Put in:

Red:

Green % = 4

Constant % = 2

Green:

Green % = 98

Blue % = 6

Blue:

Green % = 1

Blue % = 100

Constant % = 3

Step 6: New Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer. Input:
