I feel like I should say something along the lines of a day late and a dollar short.... Sorry about that. Between having to stay late at work yesterday and the problems I was having actually getting the pictures to upload... But here we are now. *waves hand Jedi style* Pretend it's yesterday still.
I thought we'd take a look back at just how quickly Misha got fandom's number when he started going to cons.
Firstly, here he is at his very first con, Cherry Hill, March 2009 all fresh faced and sort of bemused at the whole fandom thing. He even answered most questions seriously here!
By August in Vancouver, his now familiar way of handling panels had mostly developed, namely trying to never answer a serious question seriously. It's made his panels some of the most entertaining you could ever go to. He'd also had a twitter for a few months by this point and Vancouver was when he discovered he could make silly requests of fans... and we would actually do them.
Here he is picking up the results of him asking fans to bring, among other items, an egg, to the con.
By October in Chicago that same year, he'd put the final touches on his style of interaction, showing up impeccably dressed in a suit. There's just something about a man who will dress up just for interaction with his fans that makes him all the more difficult to resist.
"My plan is complete! Keep this up and in two years I will be God!"
