International Lolita Day 2013
This is my first post here on Daily Lolita! Sorry for the lateness of this post, seeing as ILD was over a week ago. I was debating whether or not I was even going to post anything, because of me never being photogenic and the lack of detail shots for my outfit. But, somehow, I gathered up the courage (and pictures taken by other members of my Lolita group) and put together this entry. I hope you enjoy it!
It was SO hot on ILD in New Jersey. When touring around the lovely town of Flemington, we wanted to find a nice shaded place to take pictures. Luckily, we were able to find this little alcove in the side of a church. Isn't the red door beautiful?
Because of the sudden heat wave in Jersey on ILD, I had to change my outfit at the last minute, but I knew I wanted to feel like a princess. My inspiration was Cinderella. I don't know how THIS came from Cinderella, but... here it is. (Her dress was originally white, so I guess it counts!)
