The 14 day Moitie Challenge
Dear all
I was very excited about the new Moi dix Mois CD "Reprise" released in this summer. It surely has reminded me much of the past, and I decide to have fun with pieces I collected over the years, and came up with a 14-days Moitie challenge by having some Moitie pieces coordinated into various styles.
Although I sort of fell into the sin of laziness in towards the end and posting coords later than expected on tumblr, I manage to get all 14 coordinates done. *yay!*

Day 1: Mature and stylish Moitie

Bag: Taobao (Got this because I seriously want Mana to release this bag in this colorway!)

Day 3: Gothic Doll
I feel like an dolly gothic coordinate that day.
Something not frilly at all, but still cute.

Day 4: Old School Lolita
An coordinate definitely old school lolita - with a Moitie dress from first season after it grand opening in Aoyama!
This design was used as a display in the shop (I realize that after watching Moitie's commercial LOL)

Day 12: Ageha style
Ageha style is my "off-lolita" style for the past couple years.
The Japanese brand "Ma*rs" in particular was my favorite back then (however, their style has change quite a bit nowadays).
I like Ma*rs because their suits screams confident, strong, yet cute&sexy woman to me. In this coordinate I put a Ageha twist into it. This is the most challenging coord in this 14 days period!

Day 14: The Holy Moitie
I want to end this with my favorite Moitie piece of all time - the first cross dress Moitie ever released.
This dress is like a symbol back then: You see it in Moitie's commercial, street snaps, and even Mihara Mitzukasu's illustrations.
The cross in the middle is in a beautiful teal color that looks gold under the light
(unlike the blue in the Finnish flag as Moitie's cross dresses in white often got compared with The flag).
This is also the piece that drive me into obsession of EGL. It is without a question a piece that is so precious because of the memories associate with it.
